I had a great time at this hotel, especially since I was just a short stroll away from Lake Miltona and the Legacy of the Lakes Museum, which made my walking explorations even more enjoyable. As a solo traveler, I found the bed surprisingly comfortable, which was a nice bonus after a day of wandering around town.

The pool was great for relaxing after a long drive, and the exercise room helped me get in a quick workout. Plus, I loved the complimentary laundry room. it came in handy! We were upgraded to a suite, which made our stay super comfortable.

We had trouble with our first room due to the heating. The staff handled the situation promptly but there were other issues present that seemed to indicate the hotel's overall condition. Being from Europe, I noticed some aspects that just didn't meet my expectations for comfort and cleanliness.

The check-in process was frustrating due to technology issues, and the coffee maker in the room didn’t work at all, leading to an unsatisfactory start to the day.

Room was not clean

Wow, what a letdown! The sheer on the window was torn and the room was super dusty. The toilet wouldn’t stop running unless you fiddled with the handle. Also, I noticed some water spots in the sink area. The breakfast nook was off-limits for my little one’s party, and staff didn't really seem concerned about our issues. Definitely not the best stay.
